The shading gives the skin a sort of realistic look! It's rather rare to find that in the dolls section, I think. Good use of shading all around, and the use of a pattern on the leggings is pretty cool too!

The anatomy seems a bit off (or the belt's simply being worn unusually high), but that's not a big problem.
